What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they try to be as fair as possible to everyone so we can enjoy an awesome working experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making steady work schedules and stop letting the members disrespect the clean team
transparency to the workers. Also better incentives
The manager at MY location works hard help the team sale more and tries to help however the company make this very hard on him but also hard on the clubs as we have little to work with as they want each club to do things their way when their doesn’t work.
