A strong sense of teamwork - I look forward to going into work everyday to see my friends and work side-by-side with people who inspire me to do better.

Salary is good, but I'm an early adopter. I believe people hired in the last two years are paid below market average for the work they are expected to perform.

Nordic has clearly invested in creating a workspace that allows me to flourish and be efficient and successful. I prefer working in the office to working at home, despite having the option.

They're my friends, not just coworkers. I feel like I can walk up to anyone in my company and tell them I'm struggling with something and they'll drop what they're doing to help make me successful.

Many of my coworkers have moved past being co-workers and into being friends. I care deeply about making them successful and being a partner with them. That familiarity creates a strong network of interconnectivity that allows us to confront challenges effectively.

Managed Services Leadership team feels separate from Nordic at large leadership team in terms of being vested in the success of the team, in pushing for inclusion, diversity and equity. Nordic overall leadership remains plagued by comments and actions that show they aren't forward looking.
