the HR team has done a great job of trying to improve the culture of the company since Covid and the closing of many regional offices. This is not an easy task.
I feel valued, but as an employee with longevity and commitment to the company for 20 years, and no salary increases for 5 years, my salary is not in alignment with that longevity and commitment.
