being compensated fairly. not having other teams doing the same level work and being a grade higher and making more money. Not having people who try to leave the company make more money and be promoted before those that show loyalty to the company.

I come to work knowing that I am teetering on finacial failure while knowing my equals have gotten promoted and paid more and are financially secure but because 2 bad quarters I can't get a raise because I was later in the line and I can't get what they make because you can't make that jump.
