The people that share the same concerns and issues and how we encourage each other daily
Lack of communication and processes, across the board but even more granular with the Acquisitions and the processes that should be established
I would think compensation should be reevaluated based on the additional work with acquisitions, in certain departments the acquisitions create a lot more work for individuals based on job title and it isn't temporary it is ongoing and should really be evaluated on a title by title basis
Communication is very much lacking from Upper management to our/my level. As of late specifically, there is zero direction when it comes to the Acquisitions as far as how we should be managing separate entities or even who to work with from each Organization, there should be a better process by now
