Good health benefits, great 401K, onsite clinic, gym, cafe.
My team and direct manager. Those things can make or break your career. I stay partially because of my team. If it was a different team I would not have much incentive to stay.
There is an effort to pay employees fairly and competitively. However, there is also an influence from Directors and above to bend the rules for those they like or referrals they bring in. For example, creating/changing a job solely to bump compensation or make an hourly employee salary.
Employees need to learn how to approach those who are assisting them with projects. How some employees treat those who are helping them is unacceptable and there needs to be a better process to address those issues. Manager's often times either incite it or just let it occur.
