Percepta is a great place to work, I don't want to say it's perfect but what differentiates Percepta from other employers is that they do take action on the feedback provided by the employees. Percepta employees have a sense of community and is a very welcoming place to work.

Despite I believe in my department we don't get as much recognition as others. I still like my compensation package. I believe is fair and competitive
