
I could say that Percepta really took care of me. I am given a WFH set up and my work is not time consuming and not demanding. I have a great work relationship with my managers and colleagues. I guess, I am just looking for better compensation/opportunity few years from now due to inflation.
I have a good paying position for now; the workload is manageable, and the people is respectful and considerate enough. My work arrangement which is WFH is the best thing that happened to me.

The WFH work arrangement. This is the most important to me now second to salary.
When I'm doing my responsibilities accurately and when the bosses are happy with the result of my work.

I know what I am doing, and my superiors support me in any task and future plans I have.

The work from home se up. It's not part of the package but it is the main reason why I love to stay in the company for many years forward.
I don't think it's on compensation side but more on work set up. I was given the opportunity to work from home and the is the best thing that ever happened to me. I wish there's also an opportunity within my team for promotion.
