I absolutely feel that this is one of the best companies I have worked for. It is great to see a company so diverse with their employees and be able to meet and work with different people from all over the world through remote staff to on site staff.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness that there is between senior leadership/middle management and staff. There is a lot more of a "teamwork" mentality then I have seen in other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference in the employees day to day work life and also being able to collaborate with different operations in order to be an effective business partner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork, Collaboration, Ethics and Diversity. It is great to be able to work with such a diverse group and share in our different experiences through out our careers and bring that to Performant.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing that I can say about our leadership team is that they are very transparent and open to listening to their employees with a willingness to do something afterwards if able to.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very comfortable to be able to explain my previos experience and what I can bring to Performant because of all that previous experience. It was not as much as a Q&A session but more of a conversation.
