
My managers are constantly looking for something wrong with what im doing. They never compliment anything i do right.
Stop micromanaging. Listen to your employees concerns. Set an example, stop proving "do as i say, not as I do". Stop playing favorites.
This is like 13th grade. Everyone criticizes each other and talks badly behind their backs. and the managers are all in each others pockets.
Stop playing favorites. Stop micromanaging. If the gm is the problem, it doesnt help to inform the gm of a complaint. They know who made it.
