For me, it's always about the people! I love the people that I work with, I trust them and I feel that they trust me. We have amazing products that really protect our customers and it's something that I am very proud of.

I think best thing about the culture at Proofpoint is that we all win TOGETHER. Our culture tenants that we all live by keep us grounded and hold us accountable so when we accomplish something everyone understands how they played a part in it.

I'm encouraged to utilize my strengths to lead my team in the best way possible. I'm reminded of our company goals as I work with my manager to create my own goals which helps me feel like I'm making a difference at work every day.

I know I can rely on my team for just about anything. We look out for each other and when someone needs a helping hand, we usually have many volunteers. It's seems very organic too, nothing has to be forced. That sense of someone having your back is really priceless.
