my manger have a conscience un like to ppl in his level and one above
by coworkers I mean my peers not my team , some of them feels like they are the star of the show , not our product
we usually respect one anther proofpoint is highly invested in the development of the ppl who wants to develop , IMHO this is paying back ! but I have seen some cases that the PP cant ofer the slightest progression to the person , this result high burnout !
