The fast pace, the level of knowledge my co workers have pushes me to work harder in a positive way.

Very transparent with company wide meetings once a month as well as making it a point to be an inclusive workplace.

Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help you whether it be on a deal or just learning about the various products.

The leadership team is very transparent about the companies goals and vision and are also willing to jump into deals with you and support as an executive sponser.
