I am going on my 4th year here at Radiance and I have to say this is the longest place i have worked since graduating from college and I would only leave it a better opportunity happened, but I do not see anything being better than Radiance.

The last 3 years have a been amazing. This last year has been a little rocky with all the changes but overall it has been good

I do have to say we feel like family

engaging with my PMs and helping them with their contracts

that we are feel like family and strive for the best

They are willing to listen and want the best for you.

Being able to work with my team and learning new processes

They seem to want what is best for their employees and company .

They listen and are there for you and want to know your career goals

Interacting with my customers and subs on my contract along with working with my team

we are more like a family and everyone is willing to set in if something comes up

The Atmosphere is amazing with my team. We are truly like family. Can be serious but also have fun

Feeling like family and being able to have fun along with allowing us to grow as individuals and in our positions

Not having my manager be the one to weigh in on my raise. Should be collective weigh between who work for and my PMs.

Took on a new role and felt that it was more of a promotion from where I started at Radiance but never say that in compensation

Radiance tries to do right by their employees whether its through career growth or trying to have some time of entertainment or food to show they are appreciated
