Even before moving to Radiance, I had friends at the company and knew about the great reputation, benefits, and people and knew that one day I would join the team when the opportunity presented itself. I have always felt included and love working for my company.
I worked as a sub to Radiance years ago when I was with another company. I was so impressed with Radiance that I took advantage of the opportunity to join and has been better than I even imagined.
I have always felt seen here, welcomed, and know that my experience and opinion matters and will be considered, just like everyone else in the company. I never feel out of the loop and know I can quickly get an answer to any problems.
My pay is great for what I do
I get great pay and benefits are great

When I have work to do from the customer
They keep me constantly informed of issues that affect me.
It never feels anything less than all-inclusive, regardless of background, etc.
They keep me informed on things and seem to value my input
Being an owner is awesome and unheard of in my type of work
Everyone works together and works hard but also has fun outside of work
The leadership tries to keep everyone in the loop and thinking positive about possibilities
Doing the type of work that makes a difference in keeping our country safe.
They take the time to give me feedback, see how I'm doing, and support me with my needs
Everyone knows what needs to be done and participates in both the work and enjoys the time away from work as well at company events
Being able to make a difference in my work while knowing my leadership and HR folks are taking care of other things that involve my future
Inclusive and everyone feels like they are a part of the bigger picture. We hear about the decisions being made at the top that could affect us
I get paid very well for what I do and appreciate it so much. It is nice to have a career as long as I have had and be appreciated.
Everyone feels included regardless of your background and the cultural differences actually bring people closer and are celebrated. You always feel like you have the opportunity to be a part of things going on and the leadership never feels distant.
They keep me informed and maintain a great balance between work and play and definitely feels like being part of a family or team that knows you and appreciates your work and contribution to everything from the job to helping the community.
I like knowing that I'm contibuting to very important work and what I do matters and that my leadership will do whatever they can to keep me employed and keep me happy. It makes me want to help give back and do what I can to keep our company on top.
We all work hard but use humor as a conduit between all of us. You can tell that everyone enjoys interaction with each other and look forward to seeing each other. That feeling of being part of a team is so important and makes all of us want to help out when the team needs a hand. Everyone steps up.
