A complete re-structuring of the org chart. Removal of managers who don't communicate with their employees. Adding charge codes for company events so that off-site personnel can be included.
The organization structure makes absolutely no sense. Additionally, the personnel who work off-site are left out of virtually all company events because they are not allowed to charge for them, while those who work at HQ get to attend while getting paid.
