The company takes time to organize events to celebrate our accomplishments and to break up the monotony of constant routines
I am most happy when I am able to solve problems and get to a solution to a difficult task
I am under my industry standard pay but the company is taking steps to move me to the appropriate payscale incrementally

They work with each person and seem to have a vested interest in helping each person they manage informed and improving in the company
My team is responsive to what is going on in the project and is able to make sure that there are no major issues in executing the tasks we are required to complete
The most positive part is the employee engagement events that have even been able to continue in some form during the pandemic and has changed to still offer as much engagement as possible
I was brought on at a lower rate than my industry standard this issue is currently being addressed but as of this point has not been fully realized if steps are taken to move me closer to industry standards that would help improve my view on my compensation
