Everyone is working to make the company financially successful, a positive environment, and balanced for home/work
Radiance employees are generally competent, hard working, and team oriented but morale has declined sharply. Employees are quitting in batches, everyone notices, many blame leadership, but executives say there's nothing to see here.
There are many good perks and profit sharing had been the best, but ESOP is now very suspect with leaders leaving and taking top talent with them. ESOP is now an achilles heel.
Communication of strategic vision is abysmal. Sr management turnover is through the roof. CEO conflicts with seemingly every other executive, thrives on drama, demotivates all around him, and accepts no responsibility for the company's issues. New president is barely connecting with the workforce.
New leadership at the very top is needed IMO. The company has outgrown the CEO's leadership capabilities. The board possesses too little corporate experience and is reluctant to make changes. A new CEO plus morale reset are needed. Maybe stop relying on booze giveaways to win people over.
