I feel that the raise process may not fully encompass the increase in value of the individual. I would feel better if raises were given based more on the value that the individual provides.

I like their investment in employees professional development. They really take the time to push people to pursue their professional goals and provides helpful resources for accomplishing those goals! They really show that they care.

It all rounds out to a nice package. Personally I like that radiance provides flexibility with "comp time" that allows employees to work extra voluntarily, but then take off some time without using PTO. It is a really nice perk!
