The fact that we can converse on a non-work basis
Willingness of the team in general to support individual goals.
The flexibility to accomplish my team's goals without undue restrictions
Profit sharing that goes into IRAs in one account or another.
Everyone is willing to pick up slack when one of the team is unavailable.
The ability to learn new things while continuing to improve at the tasks i already have.
Attention to personal detail. They are interested in us all succeeding as a company, but not at the cost of anyone's personal life or well-being.
