I love it here. In my mind, work will always be work. I'm not sure I will ever just love work and believe it is the most fun thing in the world, but Radiance's culture makes work enjoyable and easy to contribute to.

I don't think they are doing anything wrong, per say. I just wouldn't see myself around them outside of work.
I like that everyone is on the same team and is willing to help. Teammates are always available to answer questions and assist on a task.
They are all hard working and knowledgeable. They are quick to jump on a task that needs additional help and answer questions to help the new team members.
I like that they take time to invest in me, not only as an employee and helping me grow, but also as a person by accommodating my life outside of work.
We seem to be doing a good job at acquiring talent and keeping them around. We have been winning a lot of contracts with all of the employees we have retained.

Honestly, I am okay with my pay for the most part. But I did take a pay cut to work here and know I could make more if I went somewhere else. (But I love it here so I deal with it)
The retirement contributions are an amazing benefit of working here. That allows me to not have to put as much of my paycheck away, and allows me to use that money elsewhere. The PTO is also a great benefit. I enjoy having the holidays lumped into the same accrual as regular PTO.
