No technical progression within the Company, lack of opportunities to learn domain knowledge from those who do know the domain being worked on (*if* there are sufficiently senior staff on the team, which is not always a given), sprints ignore routine maintenance of development environments.
Radiance is management centered. Agile processes are brittle, here. Is there a technical track available? Even if there were a few different technical paths, speaking to the culture, I am skeptical that Radiance wants to promote/retain employees who don't want to seek a management path.
