Their realness. They treat you like more as a friend than someone that is above and in charge. Understand family matters. Doesn't micro-manage, and trusts that I will get my job done.

I feel like the work we do matters. And the people are just a nice bonus. If you don't like the people you work with, it can make a great job you love doing, miserable. I don't think anyone feels that way here.
