
Frustrating. Bearacratic. Underwhelming. Unorganized. Consistently feel like both employees and the customer are overpromised and underdelivered.
Matchless 401k contribution of 15%
The 401(k) / ESOP contribution is basically unbeatable. Everything else is, well, beatable.
Some of my coworkers are very good-natured and interacting with them is fun.
They try to communicate well with everyone and are open to questions, input, and feedback.
When I have a way I know I can meaningful contribute to helpful and important work.
They need to make individuals feel more valued and not like a number that could be fired on a whim. They also need to be more generous with overhead and support financially non-contract team-building, moral, etc..
The company needs to be willing to invest more in it's employees and care less about the profit line. New computers for developers, free drinks/snacks, a gym stipend, paid maternity/paternity leave, and more support for non-degree based training and certifications would all be helpful to the culture
