
My daily work and interactions with lower management are good but I fear the upper management is showing signs of growing too large and top heavy. Too many executives, and the perks they feel they need, like signature bourbon and beer, will ruin a company due to excessive spending and fluff.

Open honest people that want to work and do the best job they can
Open door policy, even if issues are not dealt with, at least they are heard.
The freedom to solve problems as I see them as long as my work aligns with need
