Love the work I do, the people I work with, the interactions I have with the customer and the technology on a daily basis. The interactions with management, my job growth and progression, the investment in myself technically/financially, along with providing appropriate sick/holidays are lacking!!!!

Work has been excellent. It is a rare place that I get to do what I do. However, the company itself runs you into the ground. Heard multiple times they appreciate how "cheap" I am and how much profit they make of me, all coming from management. Overall, poor, b/c company just views me as a number.

Currently the pay, and the ability to flex my hours.

My "work wife" and teammate. Everything else is subpar or worse.

Smart, punctual, go getters, tenacity to get the job done for the customer.

We are allowed to be autonomous as we support the mission we are allocated.

The people I work with, the ever changing items I get to work on, and solving hard, complex problems.

Hard working, knowledgeable, common goal of doing everything necessary to get the mission accomplished, diverse expertise that we all work well together, covering for each others deficiencies.

They are intelligent, innovative, and willing to share their years of knowledge with us younger engineers. Their teaching style is effective, and they are great to get along with.

Provide better benefits, better leave, better managers, and higher, more market level compensation, and reward those that have put in the effort to achieve mission/contract success, rather than blowing it on the managers and corporate staff.

The work I get to do on-site for the customer, the advantages I am supplying to the US warfighter with my blood, sweat, and tears, and knowing I am making tangible contributions to the intel community.

Provide better benefits that align with other organizations in our industry. We are the only company I have reviewed that does not provided separate accrual rates for sick leave. Out PTO now is close to industry standard, albeit accrual increases are awful.

Providing adequate, competitive compensation to current employees and stay update to day on market rates. Currently the market is far better for new than current employees and there is no reason for people in my area to stay. Currently seeking new employment.

More appropriate raises and advancement on the technical side. Often times it feels like you would get farther by quitting and reapplying for the same job. Also providing relevant, useful bonus to the technical staff rather than allowing managers to have their 5 figure bonuses. Spread the wealth.

Taking a invested interest in their employees, by providing them advancement and growth when they want to stay technical. You should not have to be a manager to advance. Retention would be nice too, as many new people with less experience are getting more than us long term employees.

I have supported a contract for years that my Manager and now Director have reportedly told me how the CEO and President love the obscene about of revenue we generate (7 to 2 on my labor) and yet every raise season I get nothing, and never received a bonus, while they appear to be doing very well.
