This company use to be the best of the best but that has changed. Our leadership has let someone in who has total control of the company and makes all decisions. You can not disagree with this person, you are either with them or against them. Probably the most disappointing has been our board.

Coworkers. They are like another family.

The friendships I have made and the family feel.

They seem to do a good job and ask for feedback from employees.

The team, not the manager, are great people and we all work well together. We really feel like a family and care about each other.

To be honest these days there is not much positivity. I guess I would say the interacting with coworkers is the best, we feel like siblings in a divorcing family.

Friends or family of leadership seem to get moved up the fastest, has nothing to do with quality of work. Manager does not believe in me or my team so we do not get pay increases. Appearances and how you make them look seems to be their deciding factor.

They have lost touch with what is going on, how they are treating staff. We get told about these great hires and the future of the company then that person who is going to get us there is let go, no explanation. We seem to get a new president every year. Hard to get behind that.
