Tenured members are willing to support new members. Competitive in a fun way. A range of personalities who are willing to share what they've learned in the role, good and bad. We all want the team and our manager to succeed.
Finding opportunities and working those opps to the end. Feeling that I've accomplished my goals for the day without being pressured to do tasks that take away from revenue producing activities. Not working 9-10 hours every day. I don't want to burn out. I'd like to be here for the long haul.
Our team is newer but the expectations for our performance are for a tenured team. I feel that we are not being given a fair chance to succeed and to be paid for our efforts along with our results. I would like to be paid on what I close, not a prorated amount that is out of my control.
