My experience has been good overall. I think there are definite areas of improvement but that the company is aware of these areas and is working on making everyones experience more enjoyable.

Overall my experience at RFPIO has been good. There are always challenges and a bit of chaos but the people, flexibility of schedules and overall commitment to employee satisfaction make it an enjoyable place to work.

You can really be yourself and feel comfortable while at work. The people are so friendly and understanding.

Very little acknowledgement is given for the work that myself and others do. A little praise would go a long way.

That they are easily accessible and willing to take the time to talk to you or address any questions/concerns you may have.

If compensation matched the amount of work that I do and included things that are done outside of my scope of work that benefit the company.

My coworkers. The people that I work with either on a daily basis or even once and awhile, are also so supportive, encouraging and make the work day so much better.

They are always willing to help, answer questions or give additional support when needed. They check in on each other and make sure that their teammates are in good head spaces and feeling valued.

I would feel more valued if I had a more defined role within the company and was able to work within areas that I am truly passionate about rather than areas that just need an extra person there to help.

The leadership team seems to value work/life balance and has a good understanding of what employees need to be successful while working from home. I like that they have trust that all employees will do their jobs to the best of their ability without being micromanaged.

My team is always willing to help at a moments notice. They work hard and genuinely care about others on the team. My team is great at checking in and we always make sure that others feel supported and recognized for the hard work that they do.

RFPIO is incredibly inclusive to all people. I really respect that they are willing to share within the company internally and externally their passion and commitment to treating all employees and humans equally and with respect. The culture makes people feel safe to free to be who they are.

They are extremely supportive. They show appreciation and respect for each other. They are always checking in and making sure that I don't have more on my plate than I can handle or asking if I need help. They are also really good at being sounding boards and helping each other through tough issues.
