My experience has been a mixed bag. While I have learned a lot from my colleagues and appreciated the opportunities for professional development, there have been significant challenges with communication, transparency, and work-life balance that have made it difficult to fully embrace my role.

While I have struggled with some aspects of my job, I do recognize that the leadership team has made an effort to be accessible and approachable. In particular, I appreciate that they have set up regular one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss concerns and offer feedback.
