Over the short period that I've been with the company, so much has changed for the better. I feel like this is simply how the company operates. As soon as we identify that something isn't working we work to redirect our habits as quickly as possible. Very much looking forward to the future here.

The opportunity to speak with individuals all across the company.

Our combined energy and interest in improving the customer's onboarding experience.

That they back each other up. They all work so cohesively together.

I most enjoy the Salary, but also appreciate the variable compensation and stock options.

When I see that my efforts have let to improved efficiencies for our customers.

I enjoy that each team member has a unique background. As a result I learn things from them each and every day.

The amount of curiosity that everyone has is phenomenal as it ensures we remain humble and ready to learn new things as our product evolves.

I enjoy the company culture in that we really do try to learn and improve the way we do things, which means we need to be open to and seek out feedback. This really is what our product teaches and I feel the company does a good job at this.
