I think being in sales compensation is very fair and positive. Amazing healthcare/dental/vision plans, stocks plans are very fair, I also get great commission too being in sales.

Truly incredible leadership team- best I've ever been led by. They're very senior and have a ton of experience and even the CEO and COO will spend time with each individual employee to coach and help you grow. They take genuine interest in you and are just great all around.
