The genuine care and consideration for employees, which has been made even more evident by how the company has approached the pandemic every step of the way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my teammates because we have a good time together and I'm always learning something new or challenged to look at things through a different perspective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate the accessibility of our leadership team. At prior companies, executives were often in an ivory tower. Instead, our leadership team makes themselves available to answer any questions, connect with team members over Slack, and participate in learning and mentorship programs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Beyond my salary (which undergoes annual market reviews), benefits that have had a huge impact for me are fully covered medical/dental/vision insurance for employees + dependents, as well as our stock program which is helping me build a strong future for myself.
