Trader Joe's: it's hard work, but me and my coworkers make the most of it. It's nothing thanks to the company Trader Joe's itself where I know that Trader Joe's could definitely afford to pay us better, but they don't. which is the case with most places of employment. I just think that we should be paid more.

H E B: The H-E-B way is the way to truly produce good ethical and consistent employees, but in order for that to work, there has to be a balance between the heart for people, head for business and passion for results, but although them must be substantiated and upheld by a heart for people!

Schlumberger: I work at one of SLB subcompany and I been went to SLB main hub. From what I see, we gained less benefit compared to main base. Most of the facilities is not invested at my work place. It totally difference. Overall it is quiet nice.
