Betterment: Betterment's compensation feels very in line with similar tech companies and their unlimited PTO policy is great and enjoyed by many. I've worked at other companies and I've worked here for almost 4 years; I dont have any illusions that the grass is greener elsewhere.

Array: I started in one position and moved to another as the company accommodated my desire for that. It has been a positive experience learning new technologies, a new industry, and new ways of doing things.
Array: Overall it has been good working with Array. At any typical startup, there are growing pains in various ways. I think with how young the company is, there is an emphasis on growing strategically and sustainably which I greatly appreciate from the leadership team

Zevia: It's been great! I reflect myself on Zevia's values and mission. I love that they are flexible not only about the 'hybrid mode' but the diversity of thoughts. I've seen how the HR team really cares about the people and that is key for you to feel welcomed and heard. I also love the diversity!
Menemsha Development: I have enjoyed my time at Menemsha so far. My only criticism would be the project management and executive staff could take a little more of the responsibility in a loss. Feels like my position is a punching bag win or lose. Not really a problem, but can be taxing at times on morale.
