There's a lot of pent-up frustration among employees, the all-staff meetings have been confusing and dispiriting, and a surprising number of people seem resistant to improving things

You learn over time there will be challenges at any job you choose, but it always comes back to who you work for, and who you work with. That is even when pay become less relevant to how positive your work life becomes.

10 Federal Storage: In the beginning, it was HARD. It's only gotten more difficult, but strangely in a positive way. I am challenged every day at 10 Federal and have been given the freedom to grow and make mistakes for the greater good of the business. I have been trusted to do my work and have been elevated by VIPs.
10 Federal Storage: This has been a good job for me. Initially, there was no training other than OJT and "call if you need help". No pressure and minimal stress as long as you do your job. There is no office politics at my level. Best approach: come to work, do your job and go home.

Respawn Entertainment: The structure of the teams is extremely disorganized. No one really knows what their roles are on the teams and responsibilities are frequently overlapped. Managers are poor at enunciating expectations because they don't really know what they want either.
Gong.io: Everyone here is helpful and collaborative. The "no sugar" operating principle helps us have the conversations we need to have to get better, and creates psychological safety to really contribute. It's also a great product which makes the work exciting.
Gong.io: What can I say? Gong is great at basically everything. The product is incredible, yes, but also they are a very employee-first company, and are continuously very transparent. Everyone takes Gong's Operating Principles seriously, and the leadership team cares about us as human beings. No complaints.
