Medtronic: I used to really enjoy my job, but constant rotation of leadership and organizational structure combined with disempowerment of decision-making at anything but the highest levels has made us slow. It's a shame to see the company wearing down piece by piece.

Horizon: Eliminate the Prior Authorization fraud step that they use to avoid covering drugs prescribed by doctors. Have the correct doctors/providers on their website. They still claim that a doctor who no longer takes their insurance is one of their providers.

We are surprisingly nimble and while we have clearly defined ways of working, outside-the-box problem-solving is encouraged if it's necessary to close a deal that makes sense for both the customer and Novolex/Shields. Impressive org!
