There was really no increase for my role this year - it was very minimal. Everything has increased (utilities, groceries, gas, rent, etc.) except the salary.
The department doesn't seem to be managed properly - people do not do their fair share of work but it is allowed. And other companies are paid more for similar work.
I feel like management should do a better job managing people to do their jobs. There is a big difference between micromanaging and expecting someone to do their job. I do my job on a daily basis because I want to but I cannot say the same thing for others and watching them constantly not working
