I know what I am required to do and I am given autonomy on how I get my work done. I am entrusted with sensitive projects and that makes me feel valued.
I appreciate that our current leadership team is welcoming fresh ideas and not afraid to explore them. Our historic ways created a solid foundation for Academic Partnerships, the new views will make us sustainable for the future.
Our time off policy. I love to travel and take time off to do things with my family. In 8 years, I have been denied time off once. It was a last minute request before a holiday weekend.
I think our current leadership has great intentions. I simply believe there is a serious disconnect between leadership and the employees. When you hold town halls, which are appreciated, but speak our language and touch on points that affect us directly or find a way to tie your information to us.
I know that other companies who provide the same or similar services pay their employees more. However, my longevity here has not been solely about the pay. My benefits, my career opportunities, being remote with a stable schedule that doesnt force me to choose between family and work is why I stay.
