I have worked for almost a year and I have been sick frequently. I have received flowers and check ins and just been shown genuine care and you don't see that in companies anymore.

They seem to be fairly transparent. Things like Town Hall Meetings and allowing empoyees to provide insight in the mission is appreciated.
we all collaborate well. no one seems to be hiding anything or have the mentality of "I know something you don't" .
I am not micromanaged, nor degraded or talked down to. I feel that even remotely my health and wellbeing is paramount and I truly appreciate that.
The fact that we are remote and still are able to connect and relate to each other as well a appreciate the diversity within the group.
