It has been wonderful, especially the onboarding. I felt that all things related to my role were adeuately covered and I was not left with an insane amount of questions when I was let loose to start my role.

I have worked for almost a year and I have been sick frequently. I have received flowers and check ins and just been shown genuine care and you don't see that in companies anymore.

They seem to be fairly transparent. Things like Town Hall Meetings and allowing empoyees to provide insight in the mission is appreciated.

we all collaborate well. no one seems to be hiding anything or have the mentality of "I know something you don't" .

I am not micromanaged, nor degraded or talked down to. I feel that even remotely my health and wellbeing is paramount and I truly appreciate that.

transparency, the willingness to inform the company as a whole on the things that are great and those that aren't so great. Also, taking the time to hold small group meetings with people throughout the company to get feedback.
