
Great experience but the biggest problem is with middle management. They are not held accountable and get away with some pretty disappointing things.

I think they work hard to make AP a better place to work. They have improved the culture.
I like to think I am making a difference with the people I interact with both colleagues and students.
I like all the initiatives and focus groups that are being added. I think it helps with our culture and has been a huge boost in having people voice their opinions/concerns.
I think AP hangs on to too many people that are either not wanting to work or that will not quit because they need a paycheck. I just do not like the precedence it sets to the rest of us who work hard.
