I have been here for almost 4 yrs and can say I love the environment and that the company has moral compass and always shows decency to it's people.
they have a good perspectiveof thebigger picture
communication skills, teamwork, leadership, team effort
there is nothing in particular
being able to speak to students and have human connection
I would say that it would be the culture despite us being on a full on virtual company.
I feel like my leadership team really has invested in training me and making me a better team member
I feel like it is expensive as well as we could get more time off to spend with family or get mental breaks
I like that on my team we all mesh well and keep things cordial I've never had a issue with a co worker
just the satisfaction of speaking with students and actually helping them as well as their excitement for starting school and actualizing their goals
I do wish we had more "break out rooms" or more time to spend as teams even if its a "coffee break" to chat and get our minds refocused on the long days in front of a computer
