The incredible people I get to work alongside, each and every day. Both internal and external. The opportunity to represent such amazing schools is also exciting.
Havent really had a chance to interact with them, outside of larger Zoom calls to the whole company and/or group. As far as my direct leader? He's a driven and caring individual who teaches us how to be better.
Losing a physical office space was tough. Thats what drove a lot of involvement and group culture efforts. Even without that though, they've tried to maintain a positive environment through various virtual activities, along with once or twice a year in-person ones, which has made a big difference.
I dont necessarily feel 'undervalued'. I know I'm important to the role, my team, and the partners. And I always appreciate being folded into convos and think tank groups about partner and/or leadership items. I'm very excited to grow my career here. I just feel underpaid for the work.
The people that I work alongside, at all levels, have a heart and drive like no other. I've never worked alongside a group that is so supporting of each other, so caring about the wellbeing of the people and the mission, and so eager to help in any way. It makes 'clocking in' a great feeling.
