
I feel so isolated now after our teams shifted to a vertical alignment. I no longer have any standing team meetings. I have no concept of how Engagement folks are doing or if they have a handle on operations processes. I no longer know what the enrollment goals are on my school. No team spirit.

We communicate well and often over Teams. We help each other when we are overwhelmed. We take our roles seriously but we still have fun.
I work with people who have been doing this a long time, so we have a lot of institutional knowledge. However, the recent vertical shift has caused us to get together less frequently.
I love getting together for trivia and prizes! I love that I am fully remote and can work unbothered and in the comfort of my own home. I feel trusted and respected.
Communication has been clear with the acquisition and morale boosters like swag and early release days have helped me feel like I am not a WUNI Legacy employee but I am being treated like a full member of the team with my tenure.
