Started out great, and then slowly company started chipping away at some of the perks. My manager doesn't give me feedback ever and comments on my Impact Reviews are clearly AI. Since integration, never felt part of team and nothing gets communicated that impacts my daily work. No room for growth.

Base salary is the only decent part. The rest of it is terrible or bare minimum

Need to actual communicate with each other and not leave Teams messages unread. Never seem to be on the same page

Leadership that actually values employees and takes care of them - through compensation and "Heart", better communication within teams. For a fully remote company, we do a really bad job at making that part of our culture

There is talk about our REACH values, with H being H. But when it comes to employees, in particular the more junior employees, there is no Heart. Leadership doesn't seem to care with some of the changes that have taken place over the last 2 years
