I love it here and plan on staying for a very long time. I have worked at some really great larger companies and some really bad companies. SalesLoft is the perfect fit of culture, process but not too much process and ability to truly own your area and do what you feel is necessary.

Everyone takes a glass half full mentality.

The people rock. The problems to solve are challenging but possible to overcome and delight our customers.

Untracked PTO and encouragement to use time off to rest and truly step away from work entirely. I feel so taken care of!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and willingness to meet with anyone about anything they feel they need to talk about. Humility is hard to come by but our leadership team truly represents servant leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people :) The challenging work and the freedom to own what I've been given responsibility over as well as anything I see that needs to be fixed, the ability to take it and run with it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They lead with trust first. You always get the benefit of the doubt because we know we hire the best of the best and you are here because you are a rockstar. It's always a safe place to ask any question or to have healthy conflict.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Care for the human being working at the company trumps everything else. When we take care of each other, the company inherently benefits. I also love the stringent interview process everyone goes through to make sure we keep the culture a safe place to achieve awesome things and also fail together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's not a competition between each other and when people make mistakes, they own them and we rally around each other to help solve the issue and really bond as a team around it. There is a great balance of accountability and grace which is awesome considering we are all high achievers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They try to figure out what makes you tick and less interested in if you have the look of a resume that meets qualifications. Allows a broad range of great talent to work here even without the traditional job trajectories which I think is one of the reasons we are so successful!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I love the Top Grade interview. I find this so much more valuable to learn more about the company and meet many people as well as I don't find myself repeating everything to each person. We get to dig deep into why I've done what I've done in my past to look at everything at a larger picture.
