Improve the work-life balance. Many officers' health is terrible. Most officer die before they should due to weight and health issues from working themselves into early graves. Many officers have children who have social issues, failed marriages, and other problems from where their parents were expected to bring them along to the workplace and work from home with them for far too many hours. It is not a good work-life balance and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
