
I think the tech department is amazing, but I think the customer success department could use some work with how they treat their employees.
Helping other people (coworkers and customers)
We have each others' backs.
Our bosses care about us, and we try to hire great people.
We care about each other (at least in my department we do).
That management listens and acts on what we request and has our backs.
Helping people is the best thing about my job, I love doing it.
I like that they care (about employees, about clients, about doing the right thing, etc.)
