We get along, have good senses of humor and strong work ethics.
Good all around people, kind, good senses of humor, strong work ethics
A job well done. Having the time and tools to be successful.
My teammates on my immediate team. Without their kindness and support this could be a lonely place.
I know (and Smarsh knows) that they are not the highest paying company in the software industry. Yet they work their employees extremely hard and expect the impossible.
My role is underpaid compared to the market here in Portland, it's a fact. If Smarsh is serious about retaining talent, they should pay better wages. This is an expensive town to live in and annual pay increases should better reflect that, if nothing else.
