The compensation I was told isn't the truth, the work load is ever expanding and the team shrinks because of burnout. This is the most stressful and least rewarding job I've had in memory. There is so much miscommunication most errors are self inflicted. Clean up communication, STOP the burnout.

I'm not being paid what was told to me at hire. I've tried to remedy that, but nothing has changed. I could have made $20-30k more at the other job that wanted to hire me at the time of decision based on this. My decision was swayed by incorrect information. Pay me what you said you would.

I'm no where close to my financial goals. My work load is greater than can actually be accomplished by a human. I come into work knowing that every day I will sink deeper under water with no way out. I have so many tasks and so many clients, I cannot pay attention to them all. I can't do a good job.
